I first discovered reflexology when working for an airline as an Air Stewardess. Following a busy long-haul flight, there was nothing I loved more than having a Reflexology treatment to help ease my tired heavy legs and swollen ankles and help with my ongoing jetlag and insomnia. I mainly flew to Asia and often visited the same Reflexologist, who happened to be blind. She came to know who I was simply from the feel of my feet. Her dedication, knowledge, belief and talent in this amazing and effective holistic form of healing inspired me to train as a Reflexologist in 2008.
I have undertaken postgraduate courses in Reflexology for Infertility, Maternity Reflexology and Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care and Tony Porter’s ART – Advanced Reflexology Training.
I am also a Neals Yard Consultant and the products I use during treatments are all from the organic Neals Yard Range their, philosophy, ethical approach and wonderful natural products are something I feel very strongly and passionate about.
I have been a qualified reflexologist for 15 years and having had 3 children know just how important and beneficial reflexology can be in not only getting pregnant but for helping with the various side effects women encounter throughout their pregnancy.
I have been a Reiki healer for 15 years and it is not just a profession it’s a way of life.
I practice it distantly with family and friends and on myself every day and feel that helps motivate, energize, and ground me it also helps me stay balanced and focused and it brings around a feeling of spiritual clarity.
It is often said by practitioners that, Reiki appears in your life when you are in greatest need of it. I am a firm believer that this is the case so if you are reading this wondering whether to embark on a Reiki journey then I cannot express enough how my life has changed for the better since I had my attunements and began practicing Reiki on both myself and others!
I look forward to hearing from you
