Your first visit involves taking you full medical history and usually takes 1hr 15 minutes.

Following treatments usually take 45 minutes/1 hour and all Reflexology treatments are finished with a relaxing foot massage. I can visit you in the comfort of your own home or workplace. I also take bookings for workplace group bookings or for pamper parties.
