ABOUT ME....
I first discovered reflexology when I was working for an airline as Air Stewardess and following a busy long haul flight there was nothing I loved more than having a Reflexology treatment to help ease my tired heavy legs, my swollen ankles and helping with my ongoing jetlag and insomnia. I mainly flew to Asia and would often visit the same wise Chinese lady, who was blind and even when she had not heard me speak, would know me from just the size and feel of my feet. Her dedication, knowledge and belief in this amazing and effective holistic form of healing encouraged me to train to become a reflexologist!
I have undertaken post gradute courses in Reflexolgy for Infertility, Maternity Reflexology and Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care.
I have been a Reiki healer for 8 years and it is not just a a profession it's a way of life.
I practice it distantly to family and friends and on myself every day and feel that helps motivate, energize, and ground me it also helps me stay balanced and focused and it brings around a feeling of spiritual clarity.
It is often said by practitioners that, Reiki appears in your life when you are in greatest need of it. I am a firm believer that this is the case so if you are reading this wondering whether to embark on a Reiki journey then I cannot express enough how my life has changed for the better since I had my attunements and began practicing Reiki on both myself and others !
I am currently working as a part time Reflexology,Reiki and Ayurvedic massage therapist for an amazing and worthwhile Charity called The Silver Pearl Trust. They have a clinic on New Bond Street London called The Silver Pearl Beauty Clinic where they provide free holistic treatments for people affected by cancer - I am however free on certain days and in the evenings to visit you in your home or work place and look forward to speaking with you to discuss times, treatments and any queries you may have.
